SAINT PATRICK'S DAY!

In North America, Ireland, UK and other countries, Saint Patrick's Day is celebrated!

And yes, of course we celebrate in our school too. So here are a couple of things that you cannot forget.

1. SHAMROCKS ROCK!

You know Shamrocks are very popular during this holiday. Although popular culture says four-leaves shamrock brings good luck, the truth is that Saint Patrick used the three-leaves one to explain Irish people the Holy Trinity.

2. PATRICK NOT PATRICK

No, Saint Patrick's name is not Patrick. His real name is Maewyn Succat.

3. PARADES, ACTIVITIES AND MORE

As we have parades for Barranquilla Carnival, in USA they make parades for this day too. They turn some rivers to color green, eat and drink green stuff and and lot of things related to COLOR GREEN! So, if you support us, let us know in the comments below if you are using green today or you will use green this week.

HAPPY SAINT PATRICK'S DAY!
